I have never done paint ornaments. I usually cross stitch some for our tree. I love your idea and thanks so much for the link to the paper ornaments. This will also make a great activity for the little ones.

Festive seasons have a special ring about them, and it certainly would be killing two birds with one stone; if one could share the joy of printing and coloring Christmas ornaments with their loved ones. Geometric prints are hassle free as they do not require any high definition print technology to execute, the basic home printer would suffice. Similar to color books, these vector graphics only require black ink – eliminating the need to purchase expensive color toner cartridges, keeping things relatively simple and straight forward. Certainly a very practical activity to carry out which is low in budget and aesthetically unique in nature once completed.

I think we even did some once that were some type of plastic that you painted and then baked. If you cover them with sticky back plastic you can put a hole in them and make some fantastic ornaments for the tree.

I love these, if you cover them with sticky back plastic you can put a hole in them and make some fantastic ornaments for the tree. You can even make them up yourself and just draw them, or get your kids to draw some themselves.
